GBThe location was excellent, the kitchen facilities were great and the whole property was very clean
Although the property was clean and neat the seating facilities were poor as there was no where to sit comfortably to either eat or watch TV. We had a visit at 8.15 pm on the first night from Debby the neighbour complaining that the noise reverberates because we had the patio doors open and could we be a bit more quiet. We were just sat talking (no music etc) and eating our tea. The Top bed room was not good for tall people because of the eaves.
GBThe Mustard Pot was clean and well presented, with little touches of interiors to make it feel calm and welcoming. The location was exceptional and a 5 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of York, yet so quiet and safe.

When we tried to cook fire alarm kept going off and the neighbors commented on how they could hear our conversation and it made us feel like we had to be more quiet and couldn’t quite enjoy our stay as much.

Attic room ridiculously hot. It was 33c outside though, so this is probably not a common problem. No proper bedding found for downstairs sofa bed.

Some small pots provided were not suitable for the induction hob
AUEverything. Location, decor, attention to detail, layout, comfortable. Great for 4 adults and one toddler.
