GBFantastic location and beautifully clean. Communication from York stays was great and they were really friendly and helpful. Property was well kept and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
Pillows were really hard and lumpy. Bed in main room was very old and had a topper on that moved around.
GBGBGreat location not far to walk and your on the middle of York. Considering this it was really quiet. We were able to park outside the property and the parking permit was very useful. Comfy bed too.
Only really comfortable seating for 3 and there was 4 of us.
GBThe house is located really centrally to the city and very close to the train station, two big ticks. It is also well setup for any dogs that might be joining the traveller. We went as a family of 5 and there was just about space for all of us, with our youngest in the cot bed supplied at the property. It was really easy to get into the property and leave again.
In all honesty, the beds were a wee bit small for two 6 foot+ adults and the pillows were huge but these were two very small things offset by location and comfort. Also, when we arrived the heating was off and a window was open, thankfully I worked out how to set the boiler otherwise it would have been a very cold 36hrs until the office opened.

Staff knew sofa bed was needed yet it was incredibly uncomfortable & had no bedding except a dirty quilt with no cover! Bath panel was very dirty & bath drained extremely slowly when showering. Welcome pack was disappointing especially.

GBClean & well equipped property, beautifully decorated, located on a quiet road and found it easy to park. An excellent location for exploring the lovely City of York.
Sofa wasn’t very comfy. Bedroom could do with bedside tables with drawers for a bit of extra storage, a bin and a light near the chair/wardrobe.
GBIdeal location for walking into York! The property was nicely laid out and welcoming to dogs. The hosts did a good job of providing clear information and instructions. Parking was easy and convenient.
