The main room which I stayed in also featured the kitchen and dining table, making it easy to prepare food. The location was so central I could see Picadilly Gardens from the window, so I was able to make the most of my stay. The room and bathroom were modern, spotless and well maintained. Easy process to collect the key, access was straightforward from the street.

The room was slightly cold as the weather took a turn (my stay was mid-November), and sofabeds aren't great - but my stay was only for a couple of days and I wasn't in the room that much anyway so a minor problem really. Would have appreciated a full set of blinds on the windows given the light coming in from the street.

Everything is as described. The experience was smooth. Host was responsive and professional. Room was very good and the apartment in general very comfortable and clean. Perfectly well located in the centre of Manchester and very easy to access all facilities.

I had a great stay! I had come to visit relatives in the area so it was great to use as a base. Impeccable bedroom and bathroom, very clean Host was helpful via WhatsApp and always responded promptly.

As described, a simple but comfortable, clean room. Nice powerful shower. The room in the apartment is tastefully decorated, in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Don't be fooled by the photos there is no kitchen .we booked a room with bathroom and that is exactly what we got . A bland room with a very uncomfortable bed . No tv no kettle and the thinnest quilt you could imagine...would definitely not return.

The host was very friendly and welcoming by phone. I highly recommend staying here. The room and bathroom were perfect for my stay in central Manchester. It’s so central you can go anywhere on foot. It’s just a couple of blocks away from Piccadilly Railway Station too. The partial view of Piccadilly Gardens was nice. The room was very clean and the bed was nice, not too hard not too soft. Shower gel and hand soap was provided There are loads of shops, restaurants, bars all around the area.

No tv in room

Great place, decent size room and very clean. My room also had a kitchen (other rooms don’t) so was a great bonus for the price. Amenities were good. Hosts were friendly, you can’t just turn up you have to be in contact with them first and complete the online check in then they send you the address etc. It was easy. The location was very central, close to Victoria Station, easy walk to all city centre restaurants/bars etc.
