clean, very well located, good wifi, getting keys was straightforward

Sofa bed too small to sleep in, tram noise can be an issue for sleep

The apartment , and my room were really modern and beautiful. It’s a really well kept building, location is great, right in the middle of the city centre - off of Piccadilly Gardens and just across the square from the Arndale Centre on one side. To the other side it’s just a couple of block walk to Piccadilly Station which was really convenient for me. Room was simply, but clean and comfortable

I had an amazing stay here. Really loved the room vibe. It’s bright with nice pictures and posters on the walls. I based myself here whilst working in a Manchester city centre - it’s an ideal location. Also being so close to Piccadilly Station meant on my day off I could explore around. Will definitely stay here whenever I have work in Manchester again. Highly recommend

Super location, right in the city centre, off of Piccadilly Gardens . So cheap for the location! The apartment is modern and accommodated 3 separate guests. I was really happy and would definitely stay again.

Very spacious and modern room, fully equipped kitchen, centrally located. Access via a nearby key deposit, easy to find.

Couch was too hard and much too short for comfortable sleeping. Some hairs in the bathroom, and no place to put your clothes, not even a clothes hanger.

The location is very central right between Piccadilly Station and Piccadilly Gardens on Aytoun St. The tram is going right in front of the door. There is Wifi and it works.

This is not a hotel, but just a room in some appartment. You do not even get to know, who runs the place as the owner was very secretive and you do not get any name or address. Moreover you are not "allowed" to talk to anyone in the building, as if this would be an not sanctioned use of the room. The "checkin" is very complicated, as you will need to pick up keys in a store nearby and than you get a long document of the check-in process. While this is a pdf, you cannot even copy the wifi code, as it is a screenshot of some other document, they put in there. Very unprofessionell. Upon arrival, the bathroom was not clean, there was urine on the toilet seat and the towels provided had lots of hair on them. The promise in the check-in document, that someone would be there for you, was not holding when I the state of the room failed my expectations in cleanness.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, with fresh sheets. Bathroom was clean, and extra towels were given. It was pretty easy to locate and access, thanks to the instruction pdf. Not noisy, except for the tram.

The location is perfect. Everything we wished to see in Manchester was within a short walking distance, and the food options in the area are excellent!
