Good location, handy for transport links, shopping, green space. Excellent contact from host.

Listing noted that parking is available - it is street parking only and although free was not easy - we ended up a 10 minute walk away although we arrived at a relatively quiet time. Property is fairly basic - needs a good refurb and new bedding and towels. However it was quiet and felt safe.

Very cute studio flat, great location, nice views. Shower was nice and hot, bed was comfortable and warm.

NO Wi-Fi OR TV, so not good for a lone traveller . This should be in the info before you book. NO OVEN so the oven-ready meal I bought had to be kind of decanted and warmed in the microwave. Again this should be clearly stated on the booking site. NO PLUG OR WASHING UP BOWL or HOT WATER for washing up….this made it very difficult to wash up hygienically. I kindly threw away the well-used 3rd hand disposable scouring sponge and dish sponge so the next visitors will hopefully get clean ones. There’s deliberately no plug because proprietor doesnt want you to wash clothes - but there’s NO WASHING MACHINE and the bathroom sink is too tiny. But it’s a flat not a hotel - people will need to wash clothes if they’re staying for a decent time. NO DISH DRAINER but I improvised with a t-towel to catch the water. The bathroom FAN HEATER IS BROKEN so no heat there. And only one of the 5 blinds retracted back up! It could easily all be fixed and so much better - so why not do it? NOT good value for money.

Excellent little studio! I travelled to Glasgow to do the parkrun in Queen's Park and this was just 10mins walk away so absolutely perfect! Maria, the host was just so lovely and helpful and couldn't have done more to help when it came to showing how to get there and where to park etc. The flat was great, plenty of room for myself and my dog and I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Glasgow.

It had everything we needed for a short stay, including a dog bed! Really well located for shops, restaurants and transport into the city. Great communication too.
