The hotel and staff are great . Room lovely.

The meal we had was disgusting, burnt bread as a starter. Soggy uncooked prawns instead of being crispy , and trying to serve a frying steak instead of a sirloin, it was about 5mil thick and overcooked, the chef refused to come to our table, I must say that was the worst food ever served to myself, it was my 50th birthday. A present from my Mrs, fed the tigers , spent a lot of money to sadly end the stay hungry and angry , absolutely disgusting

Location was excellent for a visit to the park also for that special occasion. I mentioned that it was my 80th birthday and my room was upgraded to a suite with balloons wine and a card. Was made to feel extra special.

The weather. It was Thursday 11th June and there was thunderstorms all day and visiting a wild life park in that was not my first option. But one cannot book the weather.
