Hex Wildlife Hotel at Yorkshire Wildlife Park

We had a wonderful stay . The staff were so lovely . Comfortable room and bed . The food at wilds bistro was delicious.

Everything! The location is amazing - the design and attention to detail are incredible. Be sure to look up if you visit. Great options to eat and drink near by. Had the best fish finger sarnie ever and breakfast really good too. Extremely relaxing environment with a tranquil fish pond right outside the door. Every single person working there was amazing from the reception to the cleaners. Wildlife park with discounted tickets right there too and loads of amazing shops. Nothing was too much trouble from having my cheese sarnie microwaved to asking for advice. Free tea coffee and biscuits provided in very generous amounts. Very comfy bed.

If I had to be picky I would prefer a shower where the controls are on the opposite wall to the shower head. That way you are not under the water when you turn it on, as one is never sure what temperature it will come out. There is a smaller detachable head that could be used to test the temp but I wear glasses and that is a bit of a faff.

Close to the Wildlife Park, rooms are spacious & clean with all you need for your stay, very comfortable

So many shops and treat places around. Love the luggage carts and how close breakfast is. Really amazing. It’s at the wildlife park so perfect location

We had 2 rooms that couldn’t connect to the internet we tried on and off for hours and told reception and they tried to help but instead we just used our data so that was disappointing
