Breakfast good, good choice of cooked, fruit etc. Helpful staff.

Lovely sized rooms with great air conditioning and the bonus of a fridge was really helpful. Lovely view of the zoo

It was quite a long walk from the car park to the actual hotel in the heat with all our luggage

Breakfast selection very good. Cooked items tasty. Accommodation very comfortable, shower facility great. Our second visit to this hotel.

Only issue - tv sound not easy to regulate, it was either a tad loud or too quiet, maybe the way it’s set?

Fab location great beds

Could do with a little tidy spruce up paint is chipped off and dirt starting to show if they reduced the prices a little you might get more customers having a building like a building site next to the hotel saying coming soon but it’s been like that for years ! I love the zoo so il always return but it’s an expensive trip !

The long window by the bed so you could view the park from there. The higher window to stand and look out over the park. The lovely cool room. It was stifling outside. The friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. Especially when I locked myself out!

The building works going on. Sometimes the signs getting around the park were a little confusing.
