The Dacha. Cumberland vacation

Außergewöhnliches Haus mit einem sehr netten Gastgeber. Wir haben die zwei Tage genossen und waren schon fast traurig als wir wieder fahren mussten. Zum Empfang gab es Getränke, Brot, Milch, Eier und Snacks. Das Haben wir noch nicht erlebt, ganz toll. Danke Roman. Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna gehören zur Maisonette Wohnung dazu. Alles ist Smart gesteuert.Wir können es ohne Vorbehalt weiter empfehlen

Es war alles okay

Home was beautifully renovated. Lots of digital enhancements (lights,heated bathroom floor, speakers, etc). The bed was very comfortable! Master bath with rain shower & tub was spacious, with extra toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo & soap. Kitchen well stocked, with anything you would need. The host was very responsive to our questions. And when my husband mistakenly turned off the hot tub, the host took care of it quickly, so we could enjoy the tub after a long day on the GAP bike trail.

The outdoors was somewhat unkempt, weeds, gravel walks not well covered. This was minor issue, as we spent most time away or indoors.

I didn't like that at night you ant go get in the Jacuzzi or pool it was no lighting

What wasn't there to like..It was actually better then the condo we had in Ocean City ( except for the Ocean view) One of the best we have stayed at..When we go back to Cumberland will definitely try and get it..THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!

Very clean and wonderfully finished! Really a great place! Good size, finishes, function, and style! Comfy beds and great host!

Everything was great! I was nervous of parking on the street but there’s plenty of off street parking in back! 👍

The Dacha is truly exceptional, a happy place. Great thoughtfulness and care for hospitality are foremost in every room as well as the yards. It is not cluttered. Roman’s wonderful sense of whimsical, classy design made us feel peaceful and energized. The comfortable furniture and appliances are good quality. Outdoors, many birds sang. Access to the GAP bike trail is very close.

The Google-based smart home system was fairly challenging to use. My husband is a computer scientist, but we had to take a lot of time to get accurate results adjusting the house thermostat, bedside lamps, and window shades. It’s probably convenient if you know the system well. Hot water seemed unpredictable.

We loved the eclectic and artistic feel of the Datcha. Everything is well thought out and sometimes surprising! From the outside of the property, we had no idea what was waiting for us inside. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Well done!
