Everything it was clean, peaceful and we enjoyed not being bothered by staff.

The studio needs to be fumigated there a cockroaches crawling in the evening it wasn’t bad but I had stress of leaving with one that might get in my luggage.

Got woken up in the night by somebody trying to force the door open, turns out they had sold my room twice... Luckily I double locked the door. Then 9:00 a.m. wake up the next morning because the plumbers had to come and fix and leak on the floor above. I felt like a bit of an inconvenience. Kind of random electrical cables coming out of the wall into the middle of the room. Nice enough apartment except the cockroaches in the freezer, and under the skirting boards.

I was told I can check in at 3pm. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes before I could do so. I was then told that the room will be cleaned whilst I was busy during the day. The room was not cleaned on the Tuesday, as arranged. I further had a choice of three places to book for accommodation and I chose this venue due to the fact that it was advertised as having an air conditioner. To my surprise my room was changed from what I saw on the booking confirmation, and I was given the only room that has no air conditioner. I then had to use two fans. I was then initially told not to worry about paying for parking and I assumed this was because I raised a concern about the air conditioner. However, I was later told to pay for the parking despite me agreeing to stay despite the absence of an air conditioner. I have still not paid for the parking, as I need this issue of me being moved to the only room without an air conditioner to be resolved. If I knew I was to pay for parking, I would probably have checked out on Tuesday, as what I booked and what I got did not align. I should also add that their were many small cockroaches running around in the room.

The location was very convenient for the city centre

Unbearable hot, no air con and no fans made available at all - also the kettle didn’t work. On top of that you can only use the two main ceiling lights because the bedside lamps were two pin and the property do not supply adapters. The property looked like it had been empty for a few weeks as there was dust all over and the bathroom also was not clean to say the least. The host Joyce was almost impossible to get hold of and extremely rude and when I called her at apx 2000hrs unpin check in she didn’t want to help in anyway whatsoever a she then ignored all of my calls
