It was a great experience for us to stayed a night in a traditional Korean home. The host welcomed us with big smile, super friendly and warm. The property is large, located in a very peaceful area. Our room was spacious for a traditional home and the bathroom had good quality amenities. We made Korean tea using the tea leaves and tea set in our room and enjoyed both types of tea leaves provided.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom in another building. I didn't mind however.

Great place to stay. Very nice, traditional korean houses.. Madam can speak a few words of English and tries to help you with everything. We used public transport. To help us, her husband took us to the tea plantations and a local restaurant with his car. He also took us to the bus terminal. Madam also made a korean breakfast for all the guests. I highly recommend this place. Very nice experience.

The host was so friendly and accommodating. She even gave us traditional rice cake for breakfast! The bathroom was separated, but up to date with all toiletries included. The family room that we rented was spacious and even had a traditional tea room.

The location was a little challenging to find.

such a beautiful hanok! absolutely loved the place and our stay here, it was so peaceful and wonderful. The tea room had green tea as well as a green tea set provided. the underfloor heating heats up the floor roll out so it was been warm under covers at night, despite it being winter and snowing outside. slightly chilly when not under the covers though but manageable. bathroom is a 20m walk outside but it’s well lit and in an enclosed courtyard just for guest. bathroom was warm, clean, large, modern and had fantastic amenities. the hosts were incredibly lovely and friendly! they picked us up from the bus terminal and dropped us off at the tea farm the next day. would absolutely recommend this place!

The original Hanok it was. Even though i’m Korean living in Korea, this was the first experience staying at genuine and old Hanok. there are specific mood only you can feel from genuine Hanok, not recent built modernized ones. I couldn’t expect good toilet/shower facilities but here was perfect. (even some products are the best ever in my life) The owner ma’am was so kind and humorous. she was one of the best parts of this place. ah, even parking was comfortable.

I entered wrong house next to this house. if there would be sign where exactly this place is, it would be the best.
