Perfect for our weekend stay in Skegness. Clean and comfortable.

The caravan was lovely, clean and tidy, very spacious due to it being a disabled caravan. Caravan was easy to find, in a quiet spot, a nice 10min walking distance to the onsite pub and shop.

Very close to the beach and town. Shops and restaurants close by. Clean and tidy caravan. A good shower and good sized rooms. The owner is very pleasant and very easy to get hold of. We asked to extend our departure time as we'd had bad weather and she very kindly agreed to a few more hours. There's a PS3 for dvds and games. For a caravan the bed was very comfy and we slept well. There are things to do in the caravan park like a small amusement arcade and kids parks. It's a very quiet site. The ducks came for a visit.

If I had to be really picky and I must stress that these things wouldn't stop me from renting the caravan again but the front door rattles when it's windy. We fixed this by slotting some folded paper into the door frame. There's a damp patch that needs repairing on the outside of the shower enclosure. The bathroom sink doesn't have a plug so you can't have a proper wash. Also, something I didn't notice beforehand but this is a wheelchair friendly caravan which is great but it means the bathroom and kitchen sink are lowered. So if you're tall like us, it might bother you. More than one toilet roll would be nice and a tea towel to dry pots or some kitchen roll. These aren't complaints but just areas for improvement. I would happily stay again and we are very happy with our holiday. Thank you.

The caravan was very clean and comfortable and there was everything there you needed. Plus there is a pub restaurant on site that was very good as well as a spar shop.
