plenty of room, parking by the caravan, well maintained

Caravan was in good location. Lots of extras in van like ps3 and games. Everything we needed was there. Comfy bed , and quiet site.

Sadly owners cleaner had not cleaned caravan on our arrival. Spent hour cleaning it ourselves. Felt terrible for Michelle as she was amazing. Still would not put us off returning. Also bit of a pain having to walk to caravan to collect key fob to open barriers. Even had to do it leaving the site.

Nice clean caravan. Only stayed one night so can't really comment about some of the things. The site looked nice but we didn't use any facilities on it because of going elsewhere. Would stay again.

Nothing to dislike apart from the distant from the town but we knew that when we booked. As a regular visitor to Skegness and surrounding areas this was the first time to this site and was pleased. A few more days would have been better to have given a better review

The damp in bedroom and the cushions could do with being done

The caravan was lovely and it was very pieceful just what I wanted

The rain. The walk to and from the van was a little long
