Shell’s Caravan

The caravan was a decent size and disabled friendly which was a plus.

I am an experienced traveller and have stayed in over 100 caravans. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the filthiest caravan I have ever stayed in. Rubbish left dishes left beds left and stunk of smoke. The caravan was absolutely not checked before we arrived and my partner and I had to clean it for 90 minutes. Communication for actual directions to the caravan itself were not very good and despite booking.com agreeing to give me some credit the owner has refused anything whatsoever. The pictures you can see were what we ARRIVED to at half 7 at night. Cans of special brew in the bins and rubbish bags left outside the caravan along with more special brew ! The caravan is also full of mould in every window.

Great van had lots of little extras which was nice, lovely owners with good communication.

Caravan is not very clean

absolutely loved this property. it was well maintained and very well set out. especially given it was disabled friendly. definitely value for money. shell was so nice on the phone helping us find her van due to us getting there at night and getting lost on site but once we got there it’s was so easy to find again. the van was clean and had everything we needed. it was the little extras I liked. like it having an iron, hair dryer and straighteners. my family was very comfortable and we will be booking for next year and we will be staying for longer.

Everything! The location, everything u needed was also in the caravan, & on site, easy to find, easy key pick -up, & great communication from the owners 😁

The fact we couldn't stay longer, had to come home due to work commitments 😢
