Funchal center - Casa da Ribeira

Very cool location of the apartment with overlooking the ocean in city center. I gladly recommend this place.

Amazing location

Very small

Perfect location with all the basics one could need including a washing machine and balcony. Catarina Gouveia who hosted us was incredible. We had an early morning flight and the car garage we parked in was locked and we couldn’t get our car out. She jumped out of bed at 330am and drove us to the airport and then coordinated with the car rental company to come pick up the car so we could fly out and not have to book a new flight. Beyond kind and accommodating and couldn’t say any more good things about her. Recommend highly!!!

The location was amazing. It was close to everything I wanted to do in Funchal. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need and then some.

The apartment had ants everywhere and the property listed parking that was close by for 5€. The parking is a 5 minute walk and is 15€ a night. So keep that in mind when booking.

Spacious and well equipped. Well located, close to the market, restaurants and shops.

Appartment tends to be hot. Poor ventilation and no air conditioning. Noise from the restaurants in the street below goes on till late, forcing the windows to be closed.
