The location was ok. Carolina was nice.

I won't say I liked it because of the noise. Every single day at 5:30 am I was woken up by the neighbours elephant feet! And also the noise after midnight. We can hear everything in that building. The room (not a full flat as advertised) was full of ants and I had to buy chemicals myself to kill them (photos and videos were taken of the property). The first 2 nights were very uncomfortable as I was scared the ants would be in the bed.

The apartment is heart in the city, everything is in near. The apartment is clean, and the value of money

The property is in a very good location being a 10 minute walk to the main attraction areas of the city, for example the Market or Marina. Staff were attentive and very responsive when every I reached out. Depending where you would like to go public busses are either at your door step or a short walk away. A choice of 2 supermarkets were an easy walk away. Apartment was comfortable to stay in.

There is a couple of improvements that could be looked at. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water, tea and coffee and some milk on checkin. Even if it was enough to get you by for 24 hours. We arrived a 2am and had no way to purchase even water at that time of the night. It would be wise to invest in installing A door bell for the apartments would make things easier especially when tour groups come to pick you up or in my case when family or friends came over would have to call each time to let us know when they arrived. A shower caddy would be advisable especially for those who are staying for long stays like we did. An additional key to the apartment would have been better than just the 1 set that we had. To be fair I never asked for an additional key, however having the additional set would have made it easier for the group to have a little more independence.

The bathroom fan was really noisy. I was expecting an actual apartment, not a large room.

This is a hoax. I reserved and paid for a spacious loft apartment with one livingroom and separate bedroom. We got one small room 12m2. I told about this and they took no responsibility whatsoever and took no action even though I presented my reservation documents with false facts. The apt was supposed to be with sound proof walls but on contrary it is very noisy from traffic night and day and neighbours next door, upstairs.and stairway. ....and there was a huge cockroach living there (photo).
