"A Peaceful Escape on the Shores of Vembanad Lake :)"

My parents stayed at the The World Backwaters Alleppey, and it turned out to be a great choice. The biggest highlight was definitely the location — right on the beautiful Vembanad Lake. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful. The misty early morning sunrise over the lake was beautiful and felt perfect for people in their 50s and 60s who just want to relax, walk around, and enjoy nature at a slower pace. They also arranged a boating experience, which my parents really enjoyed — a relaxed ride through the backwaters that added to the overall charm of the stay. They also had dual cycling, which became a surprisingly special memory — my mom had never ridden a cycle before, and it was genuinely pleasant to see her trying it with my dad. Small moments like that made the trip even more memorable.

There were some renovation works in progress during the stay, which caused minor inconvenience. Hopefully, once everything is fully completed in the coming months, the overall experience will be even better.

"Very Good"

Ambience is good. Traffic was low, struggling to maintain quality.

AC was not blowing cold even at low setting. Repairs going all over the place.

We treated ourselves to two nights at the end of a yoga stay. It was a beautiful place- to relax with a wonderful pool area and fabulous food.

"We loved our week at the World Backwater"

This is a quiet relaxing resort in the backwaters. We loved relaxing in the pool, watching all the birds and houseboats. The village tour and boat rides were a big hit also. The chefs were amazing. I ate way tooo much food.

The Spa will open soon. It is going to be beautiful.

"Schöne Unterkunft mit ein paar Abstrichen"

Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich gewesen. Die Zimmer gut ausgestattet, jedoch mit wenig Liebe zum Detail. Alles in allem sehr schöne Anlage, leider wurde aber ordentlich gebaut.

Baustelle direkt auf der Anlage.
