Only exception is location which is bit far from city otherwise this property is the best

The property was well located on the serene backwaters of Vembanad, easily accessible and well maintained. The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Very friendly manager who has trained his staff well ,clean comfortable and good value,food good.

A bit out of the way

Approach roads from Kochi. But it has nothing to do with the property Expected to enjoy ILA SADHYA the typical Kerala feast on banana leaf. But it was not available

We loved our room with the private pool. The bed, AC, TV were all fine. Only minus point was the funny smell - musty/mouldy which was there in our room. Maybe it needs to be aired out frequently. The staff were all good. The restaurant staff and Chefs were obliging enough to make special food for my dietary needs.

The smell in the room, Maybe you could include complementary boating trips for the guests. Most of the hotels in Alleppey and Kumarakom do include a 1 hour complementary boating trip which really enhances the quality of the stay. And maybe have some more activities.

The room was spacious, bright, and isolated from the other cabins, giving a sense of exclusivity. The area is incredibly well-maintained and offers the most stunning views. There is also a gym available, equipped with free weights up to 40 kilos in plates, as well as pulldown, chest press, and row machines. The food was truly excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They also serve a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. The breakfast was particularly good, offering a variety of Indian dishes along with some Western options. The presentation of the food was impressive. Every day, there is an afternoon tea session where you can sit and enjoy the view while having a cup of tea and some snacks. That was quite a treat. There were some communication issues that led to us canceling a tour, which was a disappointing experience. However, when we complained about it, they were incredibly quick to resolve the misunderstanding and booked the correct tour for us. They also made a great effort to ensure we had an exceptional experience. Well done!

Communication in English could sometimes be challenging. This became evident when we were planning a longer boat trip through some canals. There could be better information available about tours and other activities, such as more descriptive brochures or similar materials. A minor detail, but worth improving.

The resort public areas are well kept. The main pool was great. The private pool was very good

Shower room was not clean enough. Shower head full of scale. Taps leaking. Lack of natural light. Room can be updated
