It was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook meals. Everything was clean and well decorated. It was close to nearby hiking trails and other places of interest.

"Memorable stay at northern end of Trotternish Peninsula"

Location is spectacular! Views one way towards the Quirang and the other over a field of sheep towards Harris Island. (A few of the curly-horn sheep are social and will let you come up to them rather than scampering away like the others.) The cottage is immaculate, everything seems practically new and is well provisioned to cook your own meals. Hosts Catherine and Caleb were friendly, informative and helpful resources.

I'm stumped to find anything negative! (Except watch your step if you visit the sheep or clean your boots outside, which should go without saying.)

"A sweet cottage with lovely rural views!"

Rural location on Isle of Skye that had lovely views. The house was very comfortable and had every thing we needed.

We had trouble with the shower, we could never get the temperature right, but we didn’t mind.

"Exceptional"

Our group's favourite place we stayed on our entire trip to Scotland. Loved the cozy feeling of being on the North end of Skye. Our host was lovely, and the views were incredible. Wish we would have stayed longer!

La vue est sublime (vue sur mer), le cadre super dépaysant et d’un calme. La vue aussi sur les moutons a son charme. L’hôte est adorable et très prévenante. Le cottage est très bien décoré de façon cosy et moderne on s’y sent comme chez soit. Il y a tout le confort et les équipements nécessaire pour un séjour court ou long.

Les matelas manquent un peu de confort surtout après une grosse randonnée mais confortable quand même. Et la température du radiateur de la grande chambre était beaucoup trop élevé 22°C et impossibilité de les régler, ma famille n’a pas très bien dormi.
