Spacious, clean and very well equiped. The Owners had thought of everything.

My only criticism (not even that more to make people aware) the first step on entry to the property is very steep.

Stor imødekommenhed og hjælp med transport til og fra station. Vi følte os meget velkommen og der var kaffe og juice og frugt mm vi frit kunne nyde. Lejligheden var meget rummelig og hyggelig med akvarium.

Really good location to look around the town. Biscuits, bread and milk provided for our comfort

This is not a dog friendly property, no garden facilities so you’ll have to take your dog up the steep steps onto the main road to take them for a wee. Awkward late at night. This is not wheelchair friendly, you must walk down approx 10 very steep stairs to the front of the property. Bed had two uncomfortable mattresses one on top of the other. Not comfy.

Nous avons tout aimé. L’emplacement, le calme, l’intérieur cosy et chaleureux, l’espace,la fonctionnalité, les équipements, et surtout l accueil chaleureux de notre hôte ainsi que toutes ses petites attentions bienveillantes pour rendre agréable notre séjour. Un grand merci. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

There was nothing not to like

Location is phenomenal; 1 minute walk to Rye. The extra touches were just lovely - and tasty!! Bed comfy, lovely pillows, throws for the humans and dogs. Thank you!

The steps were challenging on my own with 2 dogs but weren't a major issue

A lovely host Sue who couldn’t have been more helpful. So nice to be met by someone and shown round. Lots of treats and a breakfast pack left. A spacious flat, quiet and a comfortable bed. Sue let us leave later even though she had guests arriving, because the weather was so awful. Perfectly positioned to walk into Rye in 10mins.

Nothing

Sue gave such a warm welcome, the property is spacious and very clean, lots of treats and thoughtful touches, the kitchen well equipped, chocolates beside the bed, milk, juice, fresh fruit and more. The bedroom is charming, clean and bright, the bed is soft (although our personal preference is a firm mattress). It is within easy walking distance to the sights of Rye, plenty of information about places to go and maps.
