Great location, clean , comfortable and the food and drink supplied was a lovely touch.

The stairs to the property are very steep which wasn’t great for my arthritic knees, would probably add to discription just so you’re aware.

Everything was like home from home beautiful place to stay homely warm the host met use showed use around even left a basket of goodies which they didn’t have to very touching

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht und mehr als man für den Preis erwarten würde. Es stand ein frischer Früchtekorb für uns bereit, Snacks, Toast und Marmelade, Milch & Kaffee, etc. Das Apartment ist gross und gemütlich, die Kommunikation erfolgte stets schnell und war super angenehm. Sue ist supersympathisch. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Alle benötigten Informationen stehen in einem Ordner bereit, Sue gab uns Tipps fürs Abendessen.

An extremely well equipped place, in a convenient spot. A great welcome from the hostess, who lived onsite and we felt that if any issues had arisen, they would swiftly be dealt with.

Sue & Simon excel with this lavish place. An ideal location to relax & explore beautiful Rye & it's many surrounding attractions. The large comfortable lounge with a large screen HD TV with Netflix, Sky, etc is ideal for a rainy day stay in and it was raining heavily when I stayed for one night. The kitchen facilities far exceeded my expectations, the cleanliness and little touches far exceeded other places I have experienced in my travels. The shower room, again spotless with a very efficient walk in shower. Bags of room everywhere, a comfortable bed. I would stay again in a flash if visiting the area again.

Nothing could be done to better it - it's perfection and a credit to Sue & Simon. I was travelling from the Isle of Wight, everywhere was either booked, or being a Saturday, double usual prices. They came to my rescue for which I'm most grateful.
