Everything was amazing

It was a beautiful cosy Homestay with good food and amazing hospitality from the brother and sister who run it. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

The homestay was pretty and the food was good. The host was very nice and provided us with everything we needed.

The property was super nice, in the middle of nature close to city Center. It was quiet and calm to sleep.

We had such a lovely stay at Thoc House, it's really good value for money. The bungalow was cute, spacious, clean, well equipped and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Especially Mr Dong who also helped us organise our taxi back to Sa Pa afterwards. There are nice walking trails close by and a range of cafes and restaurants. The homestay is attached to a restaurant which also has great food. They take card payments too which can be helpful because there are no atms in this village. Thanks Mr Dong and family!!

Nothing, everything was perfect:)

Absolutely everything. The bungalows were beautiful and cozy, Sapa gets quite cold so they provide a heat fan/lamp and a heated blanket. Showers were hot and bed was comfy. Beyond the actual accommodation which was 10/10, đồng and his family took the best care of everyone who walked through the doors. I was there during tét holiday so I wasn’t expecting much but they went above and beyond. Đồng educated me about the Hmong people living in Sapa along with the traditions that go with tét. Myself and the other guest were invited to make traditional cakes cakes one evening with them which was very special. Ive been travelling for 6 months now and this was one of my favourite stays. Thank you so much.

Location and staff is great. We could experience very cold and humid weather and it was okay. The shower was hot and the host gave us extra heater. The location is perfect to start some trekking in the rice fields. Ms Linh is so nice. Thanks again

Very good location and view. The people were also very kind. It was cold so the man brang me some warm clothes and a tea. :)

The bed was a bit hard, but it was still ok.

There are so many choices in Sapa! We had decided we wanted to stay out of Sa Pa and in one of the villages. We are so pleased we chose Thoc House (based on reviews and price), Mr Dong and family were very welcoming. We had a bungalow with ensuite which was just perfect. Clean and as described. It had a terrace area with a great view. You are in the village, so easy to walk the trails from the door (which we did ourslelves) and come back for drinks and dinner at their restaurant. Dinner delicious and good price too. The electric blanket was really appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast that was included. Mr Dong was very helpful in organising us a taxi when we got of our bus in Sa Pa via WhatsApp and on our last day. We even left our big rucksacks in a hotel in Sa Pa on the last day which Mr Dong arranged for us. Mr Dong and family couldn't do enough for us.

Should have stayed longer than 2 nights!
