Our stay was exceptional. The bungalow was so cozy and cute and view was very pretty. The owner was so nice and friendly, he even made an early checkin possible for us. We had breakfast and dinner at the property, both very good, we recommend the banana pancakes with chocolate.

Amazing stay with beautiful view. The Bungalow is spacious, clean and comfortable with many windows. The owner of this homestay is kind and helped me book a night bus back to Hanoi. Food is good in the restaurant. One of my best stays in Vietnam. Highly recommended and value for your money. Better stay here than in Sapa.

We loved staying in this cozy, family run place. Duy, our host, was so incredibly kind and went a long and worked very hard way to make us feel at home. He also cooks all kinds of delicious food! :)

- not Thoc House's fault, but taxi drivers in Sapa are different from the rest of Vietnam, they charge around 300k Dong for a ride from Sapa. As Thoc House is a few kilometers outside and there is no bus you'll have to take a taxi in the end. But if you're looking to get away from the touristy, crowded and busy place that Sapa is: you're right at Thoc House!

The staff are super nice and make everything possible to leave you satisfied and happy. The host was helpful with bike rent and finding a taxi, room are well styled, breakfast has many options and they are willing to make some adjustments if you ask. Really lovely place

The entry is really welcoming. A lot of characters and effort put into it. There are fish ponds and cottages. Straight away made me feel we are in some tropical countries. The room we stayed was very comfortable and clean. The view is amazing!! We can see the terrace rice and also houses on the hills. The house is actually in a little town center area as to super tucked away. The house is close to bamboo trail and Ta Van to Sa Pa bridge trail. Breakfast is included in the booking piece. Dong is the man of everything. He even let us use his motorbike without expecting a return. He also cooks perfect pancakes! He is very accommodating and friendly. A great host.

We do hear some dogs and chickens but I think this would be the same no matter where you stayed.

Cozy rooms which let a lot of light in during the day which is nice. It was quite cold when we were there so the heated mattress was a huge plus. The food menu was also good.

Bring ear plugs, some kind of hour long radio goes off through a speaker in the village at 6am

Sapa Thoc House is the BEST place to stay in Sapa. It’s about 20-25 minutes drive from Sapa centre so it’s wonderful to be away from the busyness. The cabins are incredible and have the most amazing views and for the colder evenings, there is a heated blanket and heater in the cabin which is amazing. The staff are so kind and helpful and welcomed us like family which was lovely. You can eat here all day with a great menu and great prices and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to go trekking. We will be back!

Stayed here in winter and the cabin was so cosy. One of my favourite stays so far on my trip. Beautiful room, very clean, great value for money, the heated blanket and heater were amazing, the owners were so friendly and the food was great too. Cannot recommend enough, had an amazing stay, thank you so much!
