Such great value. The rooms r large and comfortable, with a/c, an electric kettle and wet bar, and great wifi. Zing, who works reception and cooks is so chatty and helpful and a great cook. I wouldn’t hesitate returning.

The bungalow is very cozy and comfortable, and the location is right in the center of Ta Van though surrounded by nature. We enjoyed our stay and the family staff are very friendly and always willing to help you. Very good price for value :)

The only thing that we didn’t enjoy is that everyday at 6:00am there’s a speaker from local radio newscast and we got awakened everyday by that.

It is a small guesthouse with a couple of bungalows at the back of the restaurant. The garden is beautiful and does have a nice view towards the mountain. The excellence of the staff working there made the property stand out. You are in the middle of the village, so very easy to walk anywhere.

The Owner Mr. Dong was very helpful and nice to us. He helped us with every problem gave as tips and advice for our tours. Great place to stay and the breakfast is very good.

Nice details in the room, useful hangers and details. Beautiful views and very tranquil. Good communication with the staff.

I recommend leaving the room off turning off the lights at dusk as otherwise lots of flying ants come in the room. They leave once it's dark.

Loved the host family. They were super kind and attentive. They helped with many things including booking very good priced taxis for the area. Breakfast was great and freshly made with wonderful fruit juice. The views are unbeatable. You are in your own little bungalow with ruce fields right outside the door. They offered to clean every day and had unlimited clean drinking water which was a huge plus. The property is also a short walking distance (2-5 minutes) from many restaurants and the convenient stores. The property itself also has a restaurant for lunch and dinner so you can easily just stay and relax here. The area is very very nice and less touristy than Sa Pa city where you are often followed around and bothered to buy items or go on tours by local kids and adults. This gets quite tiresome after a while. Everything in Ta Van was much cheaper.

The bathroom wasn't fully sealed due to a mismatch in roof types. this was not shown in the pictures and led to quite a few large bugs. Be prepared to be in nature as you are surrounded by rice fields. The room could also use a bit more furniture. There isn't any good place to unpacl or store things for a longer stay. Even just another hook or small shelf by the bed would go a long way. Additionally there is no AC. There is a good fan but as we visited in August the afternoons were a bit uncomfortable and as there are no screens on the windows you can't open them without fear of bugs. Be aware that as in many rural parts of vietnam there is a radio broadcasting quite early in the morning. While this didn't bother us it could wake others up. The top windows whipe tinted also didn't have blackout currtains so there is some light once the sun rises.

Lender was friendly and helpful. Bungalows were private with good outlook.
