"Pleasant"

Location and facilities. The until is very nice and spacious.

The check out process was very inconvenient and the Indian lady at the office was not helpful and she was rude. She needs to go for customer service training. The crokorocheas by the kitchen need to be sorted as they are too much. Not enough cooking utensils and dishes in the kitchen. I had to buy a roasting pan as they did not have 1. It would have been nice to have a small dinning table for 4 people.

"The most terrible experience ever"

I didn't like anything besides i have so much regrets

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. The place stinks,it has cockoroches the showers are worse you need flip-flops to shower not to mention the kitchen. I honestly have nothing good to say about this place besides regret They also don't refund your deposit. I will never book here ever again i will not even recommend anyone to visit here unles you don't mind a filthy place.

The place is spacious, clean and met all our needs.

The checking in process was not easy and uncomfortable especially after a whole day of travelling. Could not find the aircon remotes which was very necessary in the heat.

The host was there to make sure I settle in just fine, the apartment was clean and smell nice. I am soooooo satisfied with everything... What you see is what you get. The bed was comfortable and clean, I loved the view, oooh my God I enjoyed being here, I am definitely coming back next year. Walking distance to ushaka marine.
