The bed on another room was totally uncomfortable, the mattress was really wornbout

The fact that we were there for 4 days. For those days ,there was no service at all. When we asked, we were told it was self serviice

Location, in a safe area

The team is rude. No remote controls for air conditioning, pour organization, no cleaning service, no guidance of the house, cabinets desorganized, previous blankets and towels that probably someone else used still in the house. No good treatment from the host and his team.
