The view was amazing, clean apartment, it was home away from home.

They kept on complaining about noise way before 8pm . But all in all everything was great.

There was less communication between the host and you. Checking in process was complicated .

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the accommodation I booked through booking.com. The room I stayed in had numerous issues that greatly affected my overall experience. Firstly, there was a significant water leakage problem from the freezer, which resulted in water flooding into the room. This not only posed a safety hazard but also made the room uncomfortable and unsanitary. Additionally, I was dismayed to find cockroaches roaming around the premises. This is completely unacceptable and indicates a lack of proper hygiene and pest control measures. Furthermore, the linen provided in the room was clearly not washed, as it had stains and an unpleasant odor. This compromised the cleanliness and comfort of the room, which is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Moreover, the kitchen utensils were rusted, making them unusable and unhygienic. It is essential for an accommodation to provide clean and functional utensils for guests. The condition of the room's windows was also concerning. The rubber seals were completely worn out, preventing the windows from closing properly. This not only compromised the security of the room but also allowed noise and dust to enter, further impacting my stay. Furthermore, the bathtub was clogged, making it impossible to use for bathing. This inconvenience greatly affected my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. The curtains is falling apart and has no block out, immediately when the sun rises the unit becomes super bright. The window rubbers are also falling apart which causes noise to penetrate through and you can hear everything of what's happening outside. The unit doesn't allow you to get any sleep from 6 in the morning. Lastly, I was shocked to discover that the room keys were stored in a paint Tupperware container. This unprofessional and careless approach to managing room keys raises concerns about the security and overall management of the accommodation.
