Self catering Security top notch

To be contacted by another person got me scared and uncomfy.. Being required to pay breakage deposit these must b upfront anfybe included in the payment. I had to source unbudgeted money. I travelled for work so when deposit is requested after payment it doesn't make sense... We book early for a reason 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The host or contact person called Mo was the most rudest person in the world in such a way that we ended up sleeping in the car and not having access to the premises. The guy was not considerate at all.
