The bed was ok, but none of the shower nor the bath was working. We had to scoop water with our hands to bathe.

There was not many choice around to eat and the breakfast was basic.

When I arrived I ask the reception guy that I need blanket, because there was no blanket in the room , he just shout on me and he said we do not have blanket tonight , tomorrow we will have blankets, it was first time in my life I see hotel reception guy shouting on customer , and I spent the night with out blanket ,v

Nothing good about this hotel, the receptionist was rude and racist. No water, no duvet, no bed cover or pillow case. The room was cold and extremely dirty. I can keep on and on and on, how bad it is.

Easy transportation, near the subway, just 3 stop from the airport, grocery and food around.

Worst experience. No towels. No shampoo. Furniture looks broken. Smoke smell. Breakfast includes cheese and jam with slice of bread, no coffee.

Upon arrival (2am) we were asked to pay for the booking (wouldnt have been allowed to stay if we didn't pay), even though I had already paid directly through the app - showing him the booking, and all the transactions associated with this, the concierge refused to give us a proper invoice - making attempting to get our money back even more difficult. We have had a difficult time for the last 4 weeks in trying to get our money back. Smokers in the lobby - I get it, it's Turkey, but to blatantly smoke in the lobby in front of the no smoking signs, and stinking up the whole lobby is disgusting! Breakfast included in the price... we felt the breakfast was below par, in comparison to other Turkish hotels we have stayed at. Location is great, easy metro ride to the airport, and easy walk into town. Cleaning staff were really lovely! (Photo is a view from our room)

The room is spacious. Toilet and shower are separate. The hotel is 100 meters from the subway, which allows you to get quickly to the airport.

It was impossible to take a shower because it was broken. One could wash up using the sink in the restroom, but there was no light there. The drainage from the sink was poor and some of the water ran out onto the floor. One can not see this because of the darkness, but one can easily feel it because the slippers are getting wet. We had to use our phone flashlight to go to the bathroom. The TV has more than 100 channels. But they are ALL in Turkish. If you don't know this language, you do not need to turn on the TV. There is no bedside lighting in the room. Only general lighting. There is only one switch and it is located by the front door. To turn off the light you have to walk a few meters across the room and then go back to bed in total darkness. Therefore, a flashlight will be very useful. The soundproofing is very poor. In the middle of the night we were awoken by the sounds of the TV that was on in the neighboring room and had to listen to it for two hours. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. Breakfast consisted of bread, fried potatoes, boiled eggs and tea. So we didn't stand in line for breakfast and ate in town.

Easy to get to and from cause it’s close to the metro. I had a lathe room that was good, no real complains. Simple but does the job to stay over night

I booked a taxi service to the airport which was 25€ as I had an early flight, but it seems they forgot to tell the driver, so the taxi was 30 min late!

Charged my card twice via booking.com for the room and then proceeded to take another £250! Had to block my card to prevent any further transactions Disputed with the hotel staff face to face when arrived but no refund given as we struggled to communicate, dispute raised with booking.com but no resolution yet nearly 2 weeks later and no communication. Have had to take this issue to the bank
