ACAR SMART OTEL

I have been charged twice for the same reservation. The receptionist told me that Booking would reimburse me. When can I expect it?

Breakfast should be served as of 6 am because passengers may leave early. My flight was at 8:30 and I could not have breakfast even though I paid for it. Breakfast should be made elective and those who can have it should pay for it. There should be a chair at the desk, control of the lights should be near the bed.

Huge room with full size bath as close to the metro, the best solution for an overnight transfer

Breakfast is rather plain. Would be nice to have glasses instead of disposable cups in the room

First time I stayed, they charged me twice for no apparent reason. No response when I asked them to reverse the charges afterwards. Second time, I arrived and they claimed my room was not available, so they sent me to their sister property 10 min away. Amazingly, they made me pay for the taxi there, which was only 100 TL, but still. Didn't bother with breakfast as I wanted to get out of there ASAP. Avoid these guys, they are scammers!!

The included breakfast was minimal.

Very close ro the metro. Nice large rooms, OK breakfast.

Room was quite noisy.

The room was big, people were nice, there was a fridge in the room. Good location, especially for one night in between flights
