"The staff were great but the room was cold"

The room was cold and I had to ask for more blankets and clean towels. The breakfast was basic , no fresh fruit or salad . The stag were lovely especially Najda and Hezret,

It was cold , from my staff did not meet my request

The staff is very helpfull. Good breakfast. Near to Metro Station near airport

The hotel offered me a transfer from airport that wanted to take us and drop us off in a different hotel against my will and didnt agree to take me to the one I booked. I needed to take a taxi after the transfer. I dont recomnend taking their airport transfer

"This hotel is a scam!"

They had no rooms available when I arrived for the check in and they sent me to another hotel in a taxi and they asked me to pay this taxi. The other hotel is not in the same area and is much far away from the metro station. I have booked a large double room, they gave me a small single room. The isolation in the room was very bad. The staff is not friendly at all.
