ACAR SMART OTEL

I was in this hotel twice last week on stopover at IST airport. The location of the hotel just some meters from Arnavutkoy Hastane metro station make it a perfect choice. First night I had a small one person room but with all what you need even a fridge. For my second night I booked a double room much bigger and even with a jaccuzi, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. The rooms were clean but some details could be improved. It looks the finishing works are not done. Breakfast is good.

Quite poor sound insulation

Big spacious, clean rooms. Close by to the metro stop so you don't have to pay for a ride.

Hot water and heater didn't work. No hair dryer in room. Woman at front desk didn't speak English, I Google Translated to her a request for a quieter room away from the street, which she acknowledged, then she gave me....a loud room next to the street.

Convenient. Spacious.

The bed is uncomfortable.

2nd time there. Great place for flight transfer. The hotel itself is a cheap village hotel. Don't stay for breakfast,, but there are supermarkets and cafes around

great location close to M11 and price is reasonable + breakfast . The room is big and comfy. Staff is nice

there was some defect in bathroom

Bedbugs- woke up at 1 AM with bedbugs biting me (they changed my room but didn’t offer anything else). Original Room was falling apart, half ceiling was missing in the bathroom, broken light fixture on the floor, cracked table, trash in the hallway. Blackout curtains also don’t fit properly so there’s a big gap that lets in the light.

Amazing staff. The lady in the kitchen is just the best person in the world. Super spacious and clean. A lot of public transports to get to the city center of Istanbul and to the airport.

Excellent location, very close to metro, local cafes and shops.

Lack of doona covers, smell of mould throughout the entire room. Room above a busy street - very noisy. The staff was not willing to provide coffee or breakfast before 7am; I had to leave at 6.45am.
