Staff amazing, young lad was lovely and the manager also.

Friendly and welcoming staff. We had a nice meal in the restaurant.

It’s just an old property in need of investment and upgrading. Basic accommodation.

Good food and most members of staff helpful and friendly. James was particularly accommodating. Comfortable rooms and eating/bar areas. Nice large outside area

Not told til we got there no food that evening, new staff on shift needed more direct support and guidance serving evening meal. First breakfast not full selection available.

The staff did their best but the day we arrived there was 1 member of staff dealing with reception and the bar

I booked a triple with inner courtyard view and a bath 3 weeks before my visit. What I got was a very uncomfortable double room with disabled facilities. They couldn’t change us as they were fully booked. They offered a refund but said this had to go through booking.com. Booking.com have responded saying they can’t get a response from the hotel. A complete sham!! This was a rare weekend break for my sister and I and it was ruined by the poor hotel facilities and very disappointing room

Location, comfortable, clean

No pastries left 15 minutes after breakfast started

It was quiet - I stayed on the night England played Croatia - and it was very peaceful! It was also comfortable, plenty of towels and a lovely bath with free toiletries. The room was clean and had an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in it. The staff were also very pleasant and efficient. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The location

The room was filthy I found a soiled sheet under the mattress. The bathroom was covered in cobwebs and rust in the bath. The smell of urine was strong. The headboard had dust on the top and again spiderwebs the decoration was outdated as was the furniture. The carpet was covered in stains. I feel like an inspector needs to look at this hotel. The restaurant closed at 8pm
