The place is new so there is a lot of bugs

Is an incredible condo ! It is real ! :-) .. the swimming pools on the roof top are amazing.. and the main one in the middle too ! Its like if you are living in the middle on the jungle, well, in fact you are :-)

The lack of "cookwares". More plates, glasses, knives, etc. They only have 2 plates for instance .... anyway, things to consider..

I liked the condo it's very beautiful inside the balconies nice. The actual building is nice. The pools look amazing.

the a/c was not cooling and it was very hot. Also the water was turned off at 5 am and I was trying to take a shower because I had an early flight and I couldn't even brush my teeth there was no water at all. Also, the location it's way too far from everything literally, it's noisy because of all the construction around the build. The road aren't finished and the construction workers are very rude towards women I rented a bicycle to get around and once you pass them they make you feel uncomfortable I was traveling solo as well. Which is really not the hotel’s fault but because they still building there's a lot of construction workers they which is something to be mindful of if you traveling solo as a women. Because they will make you feel uncomfortable.

Poor customer service! Room was not clean, private pool was dirty, room amenities were limited! Not what it looks like in the pictures

The very central location makes it easy to reach beach, town and the archeological side within 5-10min drive so you can make the most of your holiday! Exceptionally welcoming staff, happy to help with any questions and happy to provide additional recommendations and research beyond usual. Also, very fast online responses 24/7. Great options for bike and scooter rental at the property. New, modern, clean and fancy rooms as well as several pools made our stay more than enjoyable.

AC units make a lot of noise, like a jet turbine, it is very difficult to rest in these apartments, it was difficult for the rentals’ manager to show empathy to our situation with the high noise volume, way above average decibels causing headache, trying to resolve the problem we wasted 1.5 hours of our day requesting change of apartment, requested an apartment with good quality air conditioning, not noisy, concierge changed from apartment C403 to C401 and was also very noisy. My wife is architect, she discerned is AC design and/or ducts problem.

Very luxurious and great pools.

Location is quite far out of Tulum and the access road is not built. Pretty much need an SUV just to get to the apartment block itself. It is also still being built.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, the design of the resort finished to a high standard

Our first two nights it felt as though there were not many guests within this large complex, located on an isolated road with nothing surrounding. Staffing, there was one person on reception until 7pm and then there appeared to be no staff on sight. It felt eery, and not secure. We enquired with reception about transport methods to get to and from the beach and town to which he heavily encouraged us to rent a motorbike and insited on bringing my partner to a local motorbike rental. While on the main road at around 8pm we were stopped at a police checkpoint and fined for using the motorbike 3000 pesos, with our mobile phones taken from us as we were sent to an ATM. We told the receptionist about and he said the police often do this on that road. It then seemed quite strange why the receptionist would have not warned us about this in the first place with the ordeal being very frightening as a tourist. I understand this is outside of the control of the property, but the staff member could not have been more encouraging. The isolated location, lack of staff and few guests in the large complex led to a feeling of unsafety. The poor advise from staff made this alot worse.
