Amazing facilities for the price. Huge room with kitchen and amazing balcony.

Hotel restaurant shuts at 5 or 6 pm and there were no restaurants nearby within walking distance. Taxies in Tulum we’re 5 times more expensive than anywhere else I had been in Mexico so getting a taxi into centro to eat an evening meal would have cost another 300 pesos each way! The main road was also very busy so using a bike wasn’t an option for me.

The room was perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop pools were amazing. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were amazing. The restaurant staff service was the most outstanding aspect of our say. They were helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating.

Supplies in the room were minimal. We had to ask for toilet paper, we never got the extra towels we asked for, and finding the location at night was nearly impossible. We had a 7pm arrival, the staff didn't explain anything about the property. If we didn't explore we wouldn't have known about the location of the restaurant. There wasn't maid service during our 6 night stay, and we had no idea where to throw away our trash until the day before we left. Communication was not up to my standards.
