Great beautiful place, swimming pool and the hotel. Very beautiful bathroom, kitchen and the bed. Very clean. Very beautiful

Everything was perfect. Only thing to improve is Street to get in here. Dirt road. That's the only thing And the little store that sells stuff should sell alcohol. No alcohol here in the store

This hotel seems cheap and may look nice, but that's when the trouble starts! Unfortunately all the bad reviews are true, which we ignored because we thought it's just people who like to complain. - Construction noise starts at 6AM until 8PM and is extremely loud - The service is really unorganised and bad and especially rude incl. insults and threats - Water in the apartment is off at least once per day for a couple of hours - The free shuttle to the beach, even when you book through the concierge and get confirmation, will either be full anyways, not be booked or randomly not be going - If you rent a bike through them and get confirmation you still won't be able - Mold everywhere, especially the kitchen utensils and plates because they make their guests clean them - A lot of items that are included in the booking are missing and they don't supply them, e.g. Toilet paper, dryer, coffee machine - No cleaning/maintenance at all during your stay - Taxis are way more expensive than they tell you, around 450 MXN one way to town or beach - Elevators didn't work half the time - Frequent Power Outages, while other hotels have a generator, they don't - Late at night before you leave while you're in a Restaurant or busy you receive a message with a long list of to-dos before you leave that are normally the hotel's business - None of the languages it says they speak they actually speak - Very thin walls and you hear everything from everywhere, especially the neighbors and through the circle shape - Random people show up at your door asking for a security deposit which they forgot to take at check in and threatening to call the police and vacate you if you don't pay these people immediately.

Beautiful condo. Amazing pool

Room was dirty when I arrived. Left for it to be cleaned. When I got back the key was not in the lock box. Had to wait 30min for someone to return with the key. Although the room was now clean the leftover food created a mosquito and fruit fly infestation.

This property cancels your reservation whithout letting you know so they can double the price on booking. The management was really rude to us and didn't even apologogize or try to find a solution. Worst experience ever !
