Nice rooms

Rented a room with a barbecue There wasn’t one in the room Talked with concierge and he brought one up and was to have it for the whole stay. Bought $250 usd in meats to cook for friends The next day he informed me he was taking the barbecue away and was getting me another that day Nothing happened and I could see the barbecue next to our room from which it came from , he said they needed it , it was never used and I had to throw out half the meat as we left a couple days later I responded to him about the barbecue and he wouldn’t reply back to me There was a broken lawn chair as well and all he said was it was on there list to fix. Never seen anyone The only reason we rented this room was for the barbecue Extremely disappointed with the concierge and disregard for our needs Will never rent from mistiq property’s again

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and there was a lot of privacy with the plantings surrounding the small outdoor patio. The restaurant on site, open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., was very good and well-priced. There is a small store for buying water, drinks, snacks, and some food items. The concierge was very helpful.

The road into Mistiq Temple is poor, as are many of the roads in Tulum at this time, due to construction. Before our arrival, responses to our inquiries were not always timely, but once we arrived, the office staff was very communicative and helpful.

Compare to other mistiqs this one was pretty disappointing. If I had kids under 10 I would absolutely not stay here. It's not safe. The stairwell railing has huge gaps and is quite scary. The quality just was not there. Our toilet kept getting plugged and AC would randomly stop working. But yet again we paid 37 USD per night so feel bad that I am complaining

Better direction one how to use the stove. The refrigerator was to small and very awkward to use because it was so low and small.
