Beaucoup de coupure de courant même souvent et ça sera ça tout le temps. Les routes sont très dégradés, pas d’eau pas de wifi avec les coupures.

The building facilities are great, the gym is clean, modern and full equipped. The swimming pools were not too clean, but it's nice to have them, especially the ones in the rooftop with a great view.

The only down side was location. There is a dirt road with rocks and batches to get to the property. (similar to many others in tulum).

Man hat Baustellen, Lärm gehört in der Nachbarschaft. Das war nicht so wirklich prickelnd. Die ganze Area wird gerade ausgebaut, das sollte man wissen! Die Internetverbindung ist nicht konstant gegeben! Und die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. So habe ich zum Beispiel drei Wochen durch wirklich dreckige! Scheiben geguckt, in den wunderschönen Garten.

I had a wonderful stay at Mistiq Temple in Tulum. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A special thank you to Angel, who helped me multiple times during my stay — always kind, quick, and attentive. His service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Electricity breakdowns

I didn’t like it! It was awful!

The facility was not like it shows in the pictures. Terrible smell of humidity. Unhealthy! No restaurant service! No gym! No shuttle service like! I was stuck! Lost $1000 dollars. They did not recognize! Terrible!

Private pool and rooftop pool was amazing.

We was given 1 towel for 2 people 2 week stay and room wasn’t cleaned nor bedding. Cooker didn’t work and when we messaged house keeping for more towels they said they would come with new towels but nobody ever came. Tried to contact a further 2 more times and was ignored

Budget friendly, has a nice gym.

They did not provide fresh towels or cleaning service. Does not matter how many days you are staying. We ended up staying over 10 days and only received 2 pair of towels. To change sheets/towels they requested 60 USD more, there was no option to only receive fresh towels. The room cleaning was 1500 Mexican pesos, we made a reservation one day but nobody came. Good thing they didnt because my friends cleaning service stole an engagement ring from the room. Also when it rained 2 days, the road to the facility was all muddy and impossible to walk. Even was quite hard with a scooter because its all dirt road. Walking to anywhere from here is not ideal at all.
