"Nice enough hotel and friendly staff but cleanliness had a lot to be desired"

Nice staff, who were helpful and available all hours Modern hotel decor

Mould on curtains Dirty sink Wifi did not connect consistently and password was not easily available I was woken at 7/8am both days I stayed by loud music in the restaurant near my window Bed had no mattress protector Shower gel was just hand soap

"Very poor"

they cancelled our booking without our approval. booking.com says it can be paid after arrival. but they cancell if we not pay earlier. staff not responding for the complaint and not supportive.
