Nothing.

Very rude reception staffs especially the manager had an attitude. Room is way smaller than the pictures provided, the bed cover had stains on it.

Poor breakfast. Staff was not welcoming for for breakfast. Poor spread.

Car could not enter the facility. Had to drag our luggage bags from the road. Lifts are pretty slow.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.
