We had a lovely stay at Te Anau Cottage. Loved everything about the place. From the fresh herbal teas, the views from the cottage. We even got to go and visit the farm animals in the property. We met the owners and had a good chat with them. They were so kind to share some fresh eggs with us that were so delicious! We will definitely recommend this place and hope to come back some day and stay longer!

We loved everything but when driving at night back to the cottage is really easy to missed the turn.

Everything was clean and very well-equipped, and thought through. We would definitely stay here again.

A great self contained cottage minutes from Te Anau without the price of being in Te Anau. Perfect for a four night stay, all the facilities you’d need and if so inclined an oven / grill / hot plate to cook up a meal. Will return when I embark on the next Great Walk.

Great central location to travel to both Doubtful and Milford Sounds. Good sized accommodation. Comprehensive facilities including a full oven. We were only there for two nights, but it would be perfectly suited to a longer stay.

Very nice and tidy cottage with all conveniences one needs for a stay. Shops within good reach and able to cook a proper meal completely without having to improvise. Very comfortable bed and the rest in spick and span order.

Great location very close to town. Very clean, modern and spacious. Loved the farm setting and the animals.

Would love it if the big lounge chair was a recliner. Also the pillows were a bit firm for my liking. Probably very new and will compact down a bit with time.
