The beach and overall area was nice, although super artificial / fake

The place was nice but there was work on the builder next door making our stay really not enjoyable. So much noise through the wall, from 8 in the morning till late afternoon, every day of the week.

After a long and frustrating wait, the hotel suddenly said that one room suitable for five people had become available, but only if we agreed to pay double the original Booking price. They described it as a suite and asked whether we would accept it. As it was peak season in Phu Quoc and almost impossible to find any available hotel at that time, we had no choice but to accept. However, after entering the room, we found that this “newly available suite” was exactly the same room type we had originally booked on Booking. In other words, after confirming the reservation, the hotel refused to honor it using overselling and water supply issues as excuses, and then forced us to pay a much higher price for the same room when we had no alternative accommodation. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and seriously damaged our trust. Even after paying double the price, the actual stay was still very poor. There was no hot water for both nights, making it impossible to shower properly. The room was never cleaned during our stay. The bedding was in very poor hygienic condition. Noise was also a serious problem, with construction knocking sounds starting early in the morning and children making loud noise in the corridors without any control. It was almost impossible to rest. This was an extremely disappointing experience from booking to check-out. The hotel management was chaotic, showed no respect for confirmed reservations, and engaged in on-site price increases. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially during peak travel season.

Начиная с момента заезда, все пошло плохо. Мы пришли в 11, нам сказали приходите к 2 часам и нас заселят, мы вернулись к 2 а нам сказали нет номеров. Мы настойчиво требовали найти нам номер, в итоге нам отдали чужую комнату, тк люди бронировали 2 а им предложили 1 и они уехали…. Как же им повезло! Менеджер предпочел молчать, а не принимать участие в диалоге и решении проблемы. Ок в итоге в 4 часа мы заселились в номер, с учетом того что только что был клининг, номер все равно был грязный. Самое ужасное что после всего 1 ночи мы проснулись в укусах от постельных клещей. Так же в 7 утра 2 января в этом же здании, начались ремонтные работы с ударами молотков и перфораторов!!!!!! Ужас!!! Почему нельзя ремонтные работы делать днём и не в высокий туристический сезон.

Chambre très propre, lits super confortables, SDB , clim et équipements : nikel. Au pied d'un night market et de la plage. Mini terrasse pour faire sécher le linge😉 Piscine surveillée au top, serviettes fournies.

Le personnel est peu jovial et parle très peu anglais. Si vous louez des scooters (200K/ jour), pensez à faire le plein avant de partir! Tomber en panne d'essence au milieu de nulle part après avoir demandé au personnel si l'essence était ok (pas de jauge...) n'est pas super plaisant. Surtout lorsqu'il faut s'expliquer au retour par traducteur Google interposé... Dommage pour l'accueil.

Классное расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности Ночной рынок, где можно вкусно поесть, обилие морепродуктов! Мы брали семейную комнату. Все прекрасно, комната большая со всеми удобствами! Персонал выше всех похвал! Ребята, спасибо большое! Удачи✨

Staff molto accogliente, camera spaziosa e pulita. Ottima posizione per long beach, dove godere di splendidi tramonti.

Location is convenient, behind there is restaurant and night market, with swimming pool and nearby the beach

Some bed sheets are not so clean, might need to change to new batch
