"Complete disappointment"

There is a free buggy shuttle service from the nearby TR Mart (3mins ride, free pick ups and returns till late evening), where you can purchase food, snacks, drinks, and access a restaurant and ATM. However, the hotel staff didn’t inform us about this, so you use their ground-floor mini shop, where drinks and snacks are sold at premium price.

This place was a complete disappointment for us (family stay for almost 2 weeks booked in advance without proper due diligence and reading feedback). Save yourself the frustration and discomfort.
