Stayed there 5 days and 4 days had problems getting hot water. Cleaning service very poor

Big room and quite new

The staff weren't interested in helping you 2 young lads just either asleep on the settee in reception or on their phones every day we also had to complain no hot water every day the hotel is situated in a ghost town on a big empty complex must be over a thousand apartment blocks and less than 5%are occupied

We got the family room which was awesome for us since it had 2 double beds and a single one. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They have free water, tea and coffee. They also give free access to an awesome swimming pool shared by the complex which is great to hang out by. The staff is also very helpful and will do their best to accommodate your requests. The property is also a few minutes walk to the beach. There's a handful of restaurants close to hotel and a night market with plenty of seafood. Overall if you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing place with an amazing pool and close the beach then definitely go for this place but just be aware of the lack of facilities in the area. This is NO party area.

1. The area is underdeveloped and aside from a limited number of restaurants there is nothing around for miles. This of course is independent of the hotel!! As we were there during the high season, the restaurants were overwhelmed and you would very often not get your food of choice if you go late. 2. The hotel does not offer a pool towel and asks that you use the room towel if you want. Those are not replaced daily so it's kind of inconvenient.

Miles from anywhere in a concrete jungle, no resteraunts no shops,a shared balcony looking at the balcony of a replica hotel, shared swimming pool with several other hotels,the night Market was a joke just a few mobile units selling the same food.

Being miles from anywhere in a complex, the description on Booking.com was very misleading and ruined my stay on the island.

I’ll start with the good points. The room was perfect size, really clean and the stuff is really nice. Near this complex there are 3 big pools. There were just a few people at the pools. There is a bus (number 19) whose route begins nearby, so when you enter the bus, there is no one there. After a couple of stations, there are some resorts. At that station a lot of people get in, so it is good that we can enter before them and sit down before the bus gets crowded. There is a beach 3 minutes (by walk) away.

It is empty. There are just a couple of people in that area, so it is really quiet. I thought that this is good and we will enjoy it, but it is too quite. The beach is not the best. It is even one of the worst that I’ve seen in Phu Quoc (we’ve been to a lot of beaches there). The water is not clean at all. There is nothing wrong with the hotel though, so it is nothing bad that I can say about the hotel.
