Beautiful location and Beautiful rooms 👌 loved the tranquility. Spacious room and beautiful decor

The rooms were not really clean. Spider webs and dust. Even though the bedding was clean and changed.

Patricia, the lady who assisted us was friendly and was only a phone call away. the wi-fi. the aircon.

The house is so dirty, so full of spiders. there were spider webs that we asked them to clean, they were still there when we left. you cant drink water from the taps but they dont provide drinking water in the rooms also they dont mention when you make a booking. the bedding has brown marks, the windows are the worse cos they have space in between that people are able to see through cos there are no curtains. they venue only offers three in one coffee yet they are aware that we will be travelling with the kids they cant drink coffee. they dont offer extra sugar nothing. the yard is so clustered. I have a phobia for crawling creatures, the house was full of those did not enjoy my stay at all. no parking for the cars, so the car needs to be parked outside in the sun the whole time. the ceiling has dark marks from the leaks, the ceiling is leaking. the furniture is practically falling especially the vanity basin. it doesnt offer a kitchen where you can actually wash the dishes after you have used them, you have to stay with dirty dishes in the bedrooms until they come and clean after two days. its the worst experience ever.

Only told about the ZAR 300 security before check in - could be better communicated in advance There is a kitchen provided but no sink There is no hand wash and spray in the toilet

Spider webs in the room, poor internet/wifi coverage. Wi-Fi connected only for 20 minutes the whole day no Wi-Fi😒😒

This property is perfectly situated right next to the dam, offering aesthetically pleasing views and a super cute, charming feel. It also has easy access to nearby shopping centres .Its also not too far from a variety of activities and attractions in the area.

The unit was clean overall, although it could have been a bit fresher. The hot water in the shower also took a little while to come through.

Nothing at all

It is self catering with only 2 plates no forks, no pans, has an over filthy but no use as we could not cook there. The bathroom had no curtains and no hot water. We were very disappointed. Booked for 2 nights only stayed 1 as it was late. No WiFi as advertised that it did have. Sent a message to the owner for a reimbursement still with no even a reply. Disgusting.
