Dam House Lodge

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at Dam Lodge. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was very poor, and the swimming pool was dirty. This resulted in my children developing skin irritation after swimming, which was very concerning. Additionally, we experienced electricity problems during the night, which caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. We expected a much higher standard and are very disappointed with the experience. I hope you will address these issues to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Cleanliness, checking in process, no electricity in the middle of the night, the bed cursed me back pains

TV was not playing and everything was not clean no wifi

Waited more than an hour in the rain before opening the gate. Then no electricity in out room and the rooms roof was having water damage. We got other rooms but sub standard

Other rooms didnt meet expectation

I liked the fact that it's next everything you need

Lake of service no coffee no sugar just for waking up

location was good, i had my on breakfast

No towels was provided, we had to ask for them and there is no closet and chairs in the room
