Apartment is not clean. Water shower no pressure, staff who handle the apartment is very rude not helpful at all. Apartments loight are spoiled. Bed is dusty

The exceeded my expectations with its elegant decor, immaculate cleanliness, and cozy ambiance. The attention to detail in amenities provided made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable

Location was good and parking was easy, otherwise, nothing.

Accommodation was overpromised and was very unlike the images on the website. Instead, apartment was much more poorly furnished and presented. Beds were very squeaky and the pipes were noisy so you could hear whenever a neighbour used the water. Accommodation did not provide towels, of which we were notified after booking. Shower slippers were very dirty. No wifi and very poor phone signal inside. Kitchen was not fully equipped, despite what was advertised in the listing. Accommodation does not provide door keys, only a single key to a padlock on the outside of the door, which is both a safety hazard and too few keys for an apartment that can host 8. Arrived to a dirty apartment with bedroom door locked, although we were offered a replacement after we notified the host.

My stay at Greenhill Tanah Rata was disappointing primarily due to the rude communication from the owner. Despite the property itself being decent, the owner's attitude towards guests was unacceptably hostile. Our interactions were marred by condescending remarks and dismissive responses to our inquiries. Such behavior greatly detracted from our experience and overshadowed any positives about the property. I would caution potential guests to consider this before booking, as a pleasant stay heavily relies on respectful communication from hosts.
