Location, surrounding and parking were good

Shower head hose were leaking on master bedroom and therefore resulted water not strong. At late night (around 9 or 10) some1 came to knock my door and said he also book this unit via Agoda. Both of us were surprised how could this happen. I book for 2 nights n his checkin date was on my 2nd night. Donno who make the blunder.

The location is closed to the town. It’s convenient if you have a car since it’s up in the hill.

Too run down and old. If you carried heavy luggage, you need to climbed up three floor, no lift. No wifi . Bed mattress are all too old.

I had high expectations based on the photos and description on Booking.com, but the reality was far from it. I travelled with my elderly parents and a baby, and the conditions were extremely disappointing. Room Condition: The rooms were dimly lit and had a persistent, unpleasant smell. This was particularly problematic with a baby and elderly parents who need a clean, comfortable environment. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom was especially dismal. It was not only dirty but also smelly. The instructions left by the owner said to wait 20 minutes after turning on the water heater, but even after 40 minutes, the water remained cold, making it impossible for us to bathe. Misleading Advertisements: The property looked nothing like the pictures or description provided on Booking.com. This level of discrepancy is unacceptable. Overall, this experience was very upsetting and far below what I expected based on the listing. I hope the owner takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements. I would not recommend this property to others until these issues are addressed.
