Green Hill Tanah Rata Cameron Highland

There is nothing to like about this hotel.

The representative claimed they were unable to find our booking on Booking.com, despite our advance payment of RM 360 made in February 2024. When we asserted that the payment had been made, the representative responded rudely and demanded an additional RM 300 for the stay. Unfortunately, this prevented us from staying at the hotel. Additionally, the representative demanded RM 50 as compensation for his taxi fare. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The staff is unprofessional and discourteous, and the actual accommodations do not match the photos provided online.

The decoration is superb & spacious!

The water pressure in toilet very slow. They not provide wifi. while my line very slow & i need wifi. staircase area very smelly like someone pee there.

The interior design of the stay was superb. Value for the money. Defenitely will come again.

This house is so creepy. We constantly hear someone washing the plates and glasses the entire time. 5 girls ended up sleeping together in one room despite having 3 rooms. The third room looks exactly like annabelle room. The master bedroom had this floor mat please remove it my friend slip off and fell down which cost cut of her face which she was bleeding nonstop. Please stay away from this homestay. No wonder it’s so cheap😪
