"Excellent"

Friendly welcome. Good facilities. Great outdoor space for little ones. It rained so we couldn't use the BBQ but would havr if it was sunny. Will definitely stay again when passing through.

Kitchenette was good, but could have used a little hotplate

dirty the big comservatory was wxpecting its clean but its lots of animals here, cobweb in underneat of coffee table and dusty everywheere, we have baby i need to asked hoover to hoover again and dust, as my baby has allergy..

"Recommended for families"

Very nice place to stay, especially with children, as there is a lovely garden which includes a trampoline. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The owners live just next door, but are discreet and pleasant. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood, however there is a nice pub within walking distance for food and drinks. But we were out most of the time, as we were touring the Cotswolds.

"Fantastic property in the Cotswolds"

Pete looked after us really well made sure we had all we needed. Problem with toilet fixed immediately. Great facilities, lovely conservatory and garden. Great pool and table tennis table. Comfortable sofa bed and bedroom. No hob or oven in property but a hob was provided to us. Bathroom excellent with good shower.

Difficult to find on a dark and stormy night but don’t hold that against it!
